This is an alternative 4 step procedure taking around 1 hour . It is a clinically effective daytime intervention for managing a current mental health episode - such as generalized anxiety, a panic attack, a depressive episode, or debilitating exhaustion from burnout (provided in this case you exercise lightly). Go through the steps and develop your own coping routine for regular application.

30-45 minutes of light to moderate aerobic exercise. Ensure you are hydrated and not overtraining.
